How to Play

Calliope No. 8 was started because 86400 had a tendency to play a musical game of crazy 8s inspired by other audio posts in his VOX neighborhood. So, how do you play?

Take a look at the most recent post in the group. Does it remind you of something in your own musical collection? Something by the same artist? Something with a similar subject? Any sort of free association between songs is a-okay. The only restriction is that you have to play your song against the most recent post to the group, so stay ready and keep your eyes peeled for the chance to throw in one of your favorites!

Please include the name and artist of your song and the song before yours in the text of your post. If you're feeling especially helpful, you can include a link to that post, too.

We like to do it like this:

But if you find that aesthetically appalling somehow, don't feel like you have to play it our way.
